Terms and Conditions

RESERVATIONS
Reservation and inquiries for services should be booked through our office TELAGA WAJA RAFTING in Bali. To ensure efficient handling of all reservation and inquiries, maximum details are necessary such as arrival and departure dates, flights, names and number of person, etc

CONFIRMATIONS
All reservation requests are normally confirmed by return and in case immediate confirmation is not possible, principals will be informed of the booking status.

RATES
All rates are quoted NET (inclusive of 10% VAT) to Travel Agents in US Dollars at current rates of exchange.

AGE POLICY
To be able to play Rafting, the recommended age is from 7 years to 65 years (Child and adult prices are the same) from the price we currently offer, insurance is included.

PAYMENT

    1. Payment through our bank transfer
      50% Down Payment (DP) upon service confirmation and 50% final settlement prepayment by bank transfer is required one month before commencement of services, with all bank transfers charges/fees to be paid by clients.
    2. Credit card payment in our Bali office settlement
    3. We accept payment online

CANCELLATION
A cancellation fee to 25% of the TOTAL Tour Price will be charged if a confirmed booking is cancelled within one week prior to clients arrival

REFUND
No refund will be made for any unutilized land arrangement.

LIABILITY
TELAGA WAJA RAFTING acts as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, all transport operators, and all local tourist industries providing the services. TELAGA WAJA RAFTING is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourist, including those occurs outside the touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural and disaster, political actions and public unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programs and prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change with or without advance notice, before or during the tour. Participation in our tours implies the tourists’ agreement to the above conditions
